UV CURING MACHINE

Function briefing: There are different bar codes on different products. By scanning the bar code, the corresponding drawer can be opened. After the product is put in, the ultraviolet lamp is automatically lit and an indicator light is displayed. When the set time is reached, the UV lamp is automatically turned off and the drawer pops out. A cash drawer at the bottom stores cash. Everything from the housing to the control system is made by the development team. (Two version prototypes, UV tube and LED)

Design briefing: Opoku, an artist from Ghana, Africa, has an idea. He hopes to combine art with the characteristic hat of his hometown to create a series of beautiful and practical products and build a new business. Opoku visited the beautiful Suzhou and communicated his ideas with our development team. A week later, the first prototype was already in the garage. Opoku is very satisfied with this.

Then analyze the approximate time and cost of prototype.
Then we can analyze the product development plan, including prototype manufacturing, formal production plan of the product (if it is planned to be produced in China).

We encourage you to draft a confidentiality agreement for product information that you consider important. We are happy to sign and comply with confidentiality agreements. This is the most basic work ethic. For our development business, our goal is to help our customers succeed through technical services.

As a team, language itself is an advantage of our customer service. Some technical experts may not speak English very well, but other members can assist in communication, so language is not a problem.

If you are really interested, we can make an appointment to drive from Shanghai to the garage or take the high-speed rail. However, we’d better have a preliminary communication on product entrepreneurship and business plan before planning the trip to see if it is necessary.

The development garage is located in Suzhou, one of China’s most famous tourist attractions. In addition to discussing business, we can also visit the Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator’s Garden, visit the ancient streets, take a boat, and eat local specialties.
