Example: Our consultant stayed three weeks in Ningbo to do on-site inspection during a crisis of late delivery. Since the product is newly developed and is still in the trial stage in terms of processing technology, the initial production plan was interrupted by unexpected problems. We work with factory managers, engineers, and workers every day to monitor production progress, find problems in time, accurately report to customers, and help find solutions. Now, we do on-site quality inspection for each batch of the four suppliers of this customer.

When do you need our QC service

For products made in China, quality management is crucial. In general, several stages of inspection are required to ensure the pass rate of the finished product.

Production preparation

Check whether the suitable materials, facilities, personnel, process flow, procedure documents are in place. Whether subcontracts, etc. are involved.

Interim stage inspection

Confirm product pass rate, progress, whether there are potential delivery problems, and whether improvement measures need to be taken.

Packing and container loading inspection

Check safe packaging, correct labeling, printing, secure loading arrangements, etc. This is a necessary, but frequently ignored, measure to avoid possible last-minute problems.

Early state inspection

Confirm production location, product pass rate, implementation status of the production plan, etc., generally at 1/4-1/3 stage of a production schedule.

Finished product inspection

Inspect finished products, labeling, printing, some testing if needed, etc. to ensure that a quality product is presented to the end-user.

  1. The first step is to understand the specific tasks and analyze other factors such as travel expenses etc., confirm orders and quotes. This is usually done by email, phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, or skype.
  1. The second step is usually to phone the supplier and make an appointment to do a quality inspection.
  1. The third step is to go to the site for quality inspection on the appointed day. If this is the first quality inspection task, it is generally recommended that our staff is in constant online contact with our overseas customer during the quality inspection process. Costly mistakes may be avoided if we did this.
  1. The fourth step is that the inspection staff submits the inspection report. If it is an urgent task that needs immediate feedback, we will inform the customer of the inspection result online during the inspection process or immediately after it. A detailed report will be prepared that night or the next day (depending on the workload).

Occasionally, there are factors beyond our control that necessitate a stay of more than a day. 

If such a situation arises, we will communicate with the customer in a timely manner. We can then decide whether to focus on inspecting a part of the product, or stay in the local area overnight and continue the next day. We can also arrange to return in a few days. The specific arrangement depends on actual needs. Our staff will do their best to comply with your requirements.
